1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the jayi9 platform. Operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. jayi9 uses automated and manual checks to detect multi-accounting and reserves the right to act without prior notice.

Your Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any third party or allow another person to place bets on your behalf.
• You must notify jayi9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture.

jayi9 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during your use of the platform. This may include submission of a national ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as select international cards. All monetary amounts are transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified. Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawal Rules

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jayi9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are valid for one account per player and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jayi9 are final once confirmed. jayi9 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. It is the player's responsibility to ensure bet selections, stake amounts, and game selections are correct before confirming. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, jayi9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake.

In the event of a disputed result — whether in cricket, live casino, slots, or any other game — jayi9's decision is final and binding. Complaints about game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the relevant game's conclusion. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players, including communicating game information to gain a strategic advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings derived from exploits are void and will be reclaimed.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other criminal activity involving the platform.

• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward jayi9 staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jayi9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and data compilations — is the property of jayi9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jayi9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the jayi9 platform without prior written permission from jayi9.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayi9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not jayi9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jayi9's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim or the theory on which it is based.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations.
